Subject to the terms, conditions and limitations herein, SaniServ warrants to the original purchaser that its equipment, as originally supplied, is free from defects in materials and workmanship, and will perform adequately under normal use and service.
Standard Warranty
SaniServ will replace or repair any part or parts SaniServ found to be defective in material or workmanship for
a period of one (1) year from date of installation, but no more than a maximum of (18) months from
the date of manufacture. The compressor and evaporator shall have a five (5) year warranty.
Warranty labor coverage at SaniServ SaniServ SaniServ’s standard rates during normal weekday business hours is provided
to repair or replace any component found defective under the terms of the SaniServ SaniServ SaniServ warranty for a period
of (90) days from the date of the original installation. Overtime, weekend, and holiday premiums will be
the responsibility of the buyer.
The warranty for models DF200 and 108C is limited to ninety (90) days for parts and thirty (30) days
labor with one (1) year on the compressor and evaporator assemblies.
All warranty work must be performed by a SaniServ SaniServ SaniServ Authorized Service Representative or at SaniServ SaniServ’s niServ
manufacturing facility. All warranty parts must be OEM and obtained through a SaniServ SaniServ SaniServ authorized parts
distributor.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser at the original installation location, and is only good if customer: (i) purchases and completes Check, Test and Start (CTS) service ($375 for single-barrel machines and $475 for double-barrel machines); (ii) returns the fully completed CTS warranty registration form to SaniServ within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase by the original purchaser-user but not to
exceed eighteen (18) months from date of shipment from factory.
Any use of SaniServ equipment prior CTS completion will void all warranties. If, upon inspection by SaniServ or its Authorized Service Representative, SaniServ it is determined that this equipment has not been properly installed, the warranty will be void.
If the nameplate or other identifying marks have been removed, defaced or changed or the unit has been repaired or altered by persons other than expressly approved by SaniServ, the warranty will be void.
This Limited Warranty does NOT cover; (i) rubber and non-metallic synthetic parts including, but not limited to, gaskets, o-rings, scraper blades, faceplates, rear seals, electrical cords, belts, drip trays, machine legs, or hoses; (ii) calibrations, product consistency adjustments, end-user training, or belt realignments once the CTS has been completed; (iii) repairs required because of failure to regularly clean
and maintain the equipment in accordance with instructions in the Operator’s Manual; (iv) repairs required because the equipment has been; (a) altered or repaired other than by a SaniServ SaniServ SaniServ Authorized Representative, (b) damaged due to misuse or misapplication, neglect, abuse, accident, fire, flood, riot or
acts of God, (c) used other than in accordance with the procedures and instructions contained in the Operator’s Manual, or (d) damaged during transit or delivery; (v) equipment failure caused by inadequate water quality, improper cleaning, harsh chemicals or acids.
When any situation occurs which voids the warranty, the manufacturer shall not be liable for any damage to any person or any property which may result from the use of the equipment thereafter. Warranty is limited to SaniServ manufactured products only and does not apply to other equipment which may be connected to or installed within.

Customers have 48 hours to inspect and report damages & no item may be returned after 30 days of the original ship date from our facilities.
Items that are returned damaged or without proper packaging materials are subject up to a 25% restock fee.
