Description
SaniServ warranty applies only to the original purchaser at the original installation location, and is only good if customer: (i) purchases and completes Check, Test and Start (CTS) service ($375 for single-barrel machines and $475 for double-barrel machines); (ii) returns the fully completed CTS warranty registration
form to SaniServ within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase by the original purchaser-user but not to exceed eighteen (18) months from date of shipment from factory.
