What Isn't Covered:
While we strive to make sure you are a satisfied customer, there are some situations that the warranty does not cover:
- Normal-wear parts: these include gaskets, filters, vacuum breakers, o-rings, grinder burrs, plastic hoppers and other moving parts.
- Problems relating to water damage, poor water quality and scaling: La Marzocco espresso machines come with a water test kit in order to make sure that you are using the correct water in your machine. Using water outside the La Marzocco specifications is the most common reason for machine and parts failure. Make sure you test your water and filter!

FAQ
This depends on your volume:
- Small cafés (30-50 drinks/day): 1-group machine
- Medium cafés (50-200 drinks/day): 2-group machine
- Busy cafés/restaurants (200+ drinks/day): 3 or 4-group machine
Consider factors like peak hour volume, space constraints, and whether you need automatic or semi-automatic operation.
Quality commercial machines typically last 7-15 years with proper maintenance. High-end models can last even longer! The boiler, pump, and group heads are usually the first components to need replacement.
Semi-automatic machines require baristas to start/stop extraction manually, offering more control but requiring more training. Automatic machines stop extraction at programmed volumes, providing consistency across staff members with varying skill levels.
