Warranty
1 year Parts & Labor Warranty
Koolmore's warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. The warranty is only valid for the original purchaser.
What's covered:
Koolmore will repair, replace parts, or replace defective products
What's not covered:
- Failure to install and/or use the equipment within proper operating conditions specified by Koolmore.
- This includes but is not limited to residential, outdoor, or mobile applications.
- Any adjustments necessitated by improper operating conditions.
- Damage caused by improper electrical connection, power failure, or generators.
- Failure to properly maintain the unit including all preventive maintenance and cleaning.
- Equipment sold or used outside of United States, equipment purchased second-hand, equipment sold by an unauthorized reseller, and equipment expressly sold without warranty coverage.
- Equipment without a valid serial number and proof of purchase, or other way to verify warranty coverage.
- Equipment that has not been used appropriately or was subject to misuse, neglect, abuse, accident, alteration, negligence, damage during transit, delivery or installation, fire, flood, or an act of God.
- Equipment that has been altered, modified, or repaired by anyone other than an authorized service agency outside of preventative maintenance and cleaning.
- Parts deemed by Koolmore to be normal wear and tear parts, including hoses and select plastic or rubber components.
How to request service:
- Describe the issue and the appliance
- Provide the model and serial number if possible
- Include your contact information
- Upload photos of your bill of lading or receipts

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options.

Returns/Refunds/Damages
Returns: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a reliable shipping method with tracking to ensure the safe return of your item. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within a reasonable timeframe. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Damages: Please inspect your package when you receive it from the shipper. If you notice any damage from shipping, please call us at 302-318-1144 or email info@chillycellar.com to report the damage and DO NOT USE the machine. You must contact us within 48 hours upon delivery.
