1 year Parts & Labor Warranty
Koolmore's warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. The warranty is only valid for the original purchaser.

Returns/Refunds/Damages
Returns: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a reliable shipping method with tracking to ensure the safe return of your item. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within a reasonable timeframe. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Damages: Please inspect your package when you receive it from the shipper. If you notice any damage from shipping, please call us at 302-318-1144 or email info@chillycellar.com to report the damage and DO NOT USE the machine. You must contact us within 48 hours upon delivery.
