Eagle Spec-Master® Marine Beverage Counter, model BEV3048SEM-10BS/L. Top to be 14/304 stainless steel with stainless steel sides and front. Front edge to be either 11 ⁄2˝ rolled edge or 23 ⁄16˝ boxed marine edge, and square ends. 10˝ backsplash with 2˝ return at 45˚ and a 1˝ downturn with “Z” clips. NEMA 5-20R duplex receptacle in backsplash. Top to have 10˝ x 14˝ x 10˝-deep stainless steel sink with deck mount faucet, and stainless steel urn trough with removable stainless steel louvered grate. Base to have three pairs of stainless steel rack slides, 8˝ on center, and stainless steel hinged door in front of sink. Legs to be 15 ⁄8˝ O.D. stainless steel tubing with stainless steel adjustable feet.

Warranty

Metal Masters Foodservice Equipment Co Inc. d/b/a Eagle Group or Eagle Foodservice Equipment (“Eagle”) hereby warrants to you, the original purchaser and end-user (“you” or “your”), that the products manufactured by Eagle that you purchased which accompany this Limited Warranty (“products”) shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use consistent with the accompanying documentation for a period of one year from the date of the original installation of the equipment, not to exceed 18 months from date of shipment from Eagle. Some exclusions apply, outlined below are the product offerings that have their own individual warranty standards.
Warranty provided is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the purchase price of the affected goods. Seller shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind including loss of use, loss of revenue, or interruption of business. Failure to have service work approved before work is performed shall not be covered under this warranty. Use of an unauthorized agency will void the warranty.
The warranty covers substantiated travel expenses for up to 2 hours or 100 miles round trip up to a maximum of $150.00. Any additional costs due to installations that require extra work, time, or travel to gain access to service are the sole responsibility of the equipment purchaser. Any exceptions to these travel and access limitations must be pre-approved by the factory Service Manager.
Accessory items such as faucets, electronic eye faucets, drains, pre-rinse units are covered by a limited warranty of 90 days, unless individual manufacturer warranty allows for additional time.
Eagle also provides individual limited warranties concerning specific product categories.

Returns/Refunds/Damages
Returns: Custom, modified standard equipment, and electro-polished items
are non-returnable. Authorization Policy for Standard Returns:
- $75.00 minimum on merchandise returns exclusive of freight.
- Written approval from Eagle’s Customer Service is mandatory on all
returns.
- Return authorization must be requested within 60 days from the date
of shipment.
- Authorized return shipments, in which merchandise is not defective
and orders have been properly filled, must be shipped prepaid and
properly packaged in original Eagle Group packaging to prevent
merchandise damage.
- Each return authorization number must be written on the outside of
each carton returned to Eagle.
- No credits will be processed for a return until we have confirmation
that the item has been received, has been inspected, and is
confirmed that the item is in unused, new, and sellable condition. All
items returned without proper authorization will not be credited and
Eagle Group will not be responsible for shipping costs associated
with the attempted return.
Damages: If a container shows rough handling, do not give the
carrier a clear delivery receipt and inspect the merchandise immediately or
refuse the piece(s) of damaged merchandise. Note the damage on the
delivery receipt/bill of lading while the driver is there. If you sign your name
on the freight bill without noting any damages, then you are stating you
have received your order/shipment in acceptable condition. Upon finding
damage while unpacking the product, call the carrier without further
unpackaging, ask for an inspection, and follow-through by filing a claim
with the carrier immediately. Concealed damage claims must be reported
in writing to the carrier within five (5) business days of receipt.
Customers have 5 days to inspect and report damages & no item may be returned after 30 days of the original ship date from our facilities. Items that are returned damaged or without proper packaging materials are subject up to a 25% restock fee.
