Description

Eagle Hot Food Tables, Spec-Master® series, model HT3OB-240 enclosed base design. Top and body are heavy gauge type 430 stainless steel (Open Front or Sliding Doors). Beaded top openings are 123 ⁄32˝ x 203 ⁄32˝. Heating compartments are 8˝ deep, galvanized, and insulated on all four sides and bottom with 1˝ fiberglass or equal. Recessed control panel with individual thermostatic controls. Each compartment fitted with 750-watt tubular heating element above the insulated bottom. Wiring terminates at junction box for final field wiring. Complete unit wired to master toggle switch with indicator light. Furnished with polyethylene cutting board. 71 ⁄2˝ high legs are 15 ⁄8˝ O.D. stainless steel tubing with adjustable stainless steel bullet feet.

Construction

• Table body constructed of 20 gauge type 430 series stainless steel, top constructed of 22 gauge type 430 series stainless steel.
• Top has die-stamped beaded openings measuring 12 3/32˝ x 20 3/32˝ (307 x 510mm).
• A poly cutting board, 8˝ wide x 1/2˝ (203 x 13mm) thick, is mounted on stainless steel brackets located on control side of unit.
• Legs are 1 5/8˝ (41mm) O.D. stainless steel tubing fitted with adjustable stainless steel feet.

Controls

• Individual thermostatic controls offer a wide range of temperature settings.
• Indicator light remains on continuously while control is on.

Heat Compartments

• Each heat compartment is 8˝ (203mm) deep and lined with 22 gauge galvanized steel.
• Each compartment is insulated on all four sides and bottom with 1˝ (25mm) thick fiberglass or equal.

Electrical

• Each compartment is fitted with a 750-watt tubular element above the insulated bottom.
• ALL UNITS ARE DESIGNED FOR FIELD WIRING. All wiring to terminate in a junction box located within cabinet for field wiring to power source. Complete unit is wired to a master toggle switch with indicator light.
• 120-volt units are single phase. 240-volt units available in single- and three-phase.

Sliding Doors (when indicated)

• 22 gauge stainless steel construction complete with recessed stainless steel handle.
• Doors sit within an exclusive rollerless track assembly, providing easier cleaning and lower maintenance.

Warranty

1 year from original installation date

Eagle will warrant for 12 months from the date of shipment from the factory or 6 months from the date first placed into service (whichever comes first). Eagle will replace any defective part or component material upon demonstration to its satisfaction that a breach of warranty did not exist. This warranty does not cover any cost associated with maintenance, misuse, abuse, improper installation, pilot light
adjustments, pilot outage, improper ventilation, adjustments, alteration, calibration, wrong voltage, wrong gas, voltage or gas conversions, resetting of circuit breakers, or safety controls, overtime charges, mileage in excess of 100 miles, operation contrary to the installation and operating instructions, damage caused by flood, fire or acts of God. The warranty shall not apply if the nameplate has been removed or altered.Shipping

Returns/Refunds/Damages

Returns: Custom, modified standard equipment, and electro-polished items
are non-returnable. Authorization Policy for Standard Returns:

1. $75.00 minimum on merchandise returns exclusive of freight.
   
2. Written approval from Eagle’s Customer Service is mandatory on all
   returns.
   
3. Return authorization must be requested within 60 days from the date
   of shipment.
   
4. Authorized return shipments, in which merchandise is not defective
   and orders have been properly filled, must be shipped prepaid and
   properly packaged in original Eagle Group packaging to prevent
   merchandise damage.
   
5. Each return authorization number must be written on the outside of
   each carton returned to Eagle.
   
6. No credits will be processed for a return until we have confirmation
   that the item has been received, has been inspected, and is
   confirmed that the item is in unused, new, and sellable condition. All
   items returned without proper authorization will not be credited and
   Eagle Group will not be responsible for shipping costs associated
   with the attempted return.

Damages: If a container shows rough handling, do not give the
carrier a clear delivery receipt and inspect the merchandise immediately or
refuse the piece(s) of damaged merchandise. Note the damage on the
delivery receipt/bill of lading while the driver is there. If you sign your name
on the freight bill without noting any damages, then you are stating you
have received your order/shipment in acceptable condition. Upon finding
damage while unpacking the product, call the carrier without further
unpackaging, ask for an inspection, and follow-through by filing a claim
with the carrier immediately. Concealed damage claims must be reported
in writing to the carrier within five (5) business days of receipt.

Customers have 5 days to inspect and report damages & no item may be returned after 30 days of the original ship date from our facilities. Items that are returned damaged or without proper packaging materials are subject up to a 25% restock fee.
