Bizerba slicer VSI offers a configurable solution for use in the foodservice industry, in large prep kitchens. High slicing performance with minimal energy consumption due to Emotion® technology.
Labor & Space Savings - ideally suitable to replace three (3) manual slicers and three (3) workers with one (1) VSI 330F DT and one (1) worker. For large production quantities in a little space. Also suitable for manual further processing of sliced and ready-made portions directly into batch packaging, box lunches or onto a platter.
The easy to customize touch operator prompting and the possible integration in IT network structures make the VSI a safe investment that helps to improve efficiency of your processes.
As a table-top version the VSI can be ideally integrated in the processes of a space saving modern versatile commercial kitchen.

- Integrated portion scale (W) for target weight control including weight optimization within a portion.
- Hygienic design for hose cleaning up to 50 psi. Optimal cleaning and easy disassembly without tools. The housing shape prevents product residues or liquids from soiling the environment during operation.
- Hygienic component design - allows much faster and more thorough deep cleaning in commercial dish/pan washer.
- Personalized, future-oriented touch operator ergonomics with individual user profiles and messaging functions (to plan preventative maintenance or in the event of operating errors), monitoring functions (history of all actions, degree of utilization of the machine) up to possible e-Service via the Bizerba Service.
- Data and control system related signal exchange ensure an optimal integration in customer and line processes.
Warranty
1 Year Parts, excluding wear items
Bizerba USA Inc. warrants to the original purchaser of new equipment that said equipment, when installed in accordance with our instructions and subjected to normal usage, is free from defects in material and / or workmanship for one (1) year for parts, excluding wear items. The labor warranty is one year, from original installation, or up to three additional months from actual shipment, whichever date occurs first. The labor warranty includes travel within a 60 mile radius of a Bizerba USA Inc. authorized service center.
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, whether express or implied. Bizerba USA Inc. expressly disclaims any implied warranty of merchantability or express or implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. Bizerba USA Inc.’s obligation and liability under this warranty is expressly limited to repairing and / or replacing, at Bizerba USA Inc.’s sole discretion, equipment that proves to be defective in material or workmanship within the applicable warranty period. All repairs pursuant to this warranty must be performed by a Bizerba USA Inc. FactoryAuthorized Distributor location during normal business hours, excluding weekends and Holidays.
This warranty does not cover product failures caused by failure to maintain, neglect, abuse, misuse, damage due to excess water, fire, normal wear, improper set-up and use. Periodic maintenance including lubrication and sharpening are not covered. In no event shall Bizerba USA Inc. be liable for incidental or consequential damages, to buyer or any third party, including, without limitation, loss of property, personal injury, loss of business or profits or other economic losses, or statutory or exemplary damages, whether in negligence, warranty, strict liability, or otherwise. This warranty only becomes effective once Bizerba USA Inc. receives a properly completed and signed Installation / Warranty Registration within 30 days from the date of installation.
