Description
Bizerba KR2 Horizontal Slicer is the new addition to the Bizerba family of slicers that can slice Bone-In and Boneless product for the Meatroom. Faster and safer than a Bandsaw, it improves production with an unskilled Meatcutter.
Warranty
1 Year Parts, excluding wear items
Bizerba USA Inc. warrants to the original purchaser of new equipment that said equipment, when installed in accordance with our instructions and subjected to normal usage, is free from defects in material and / or workmanship for one (1) year for parts, excluding wear items. The labor warranty is one year, from original installation, or up to three additional months from actual shipment, whichever date occurs first. The labor warranty includes travel within a 60 mile radius of a Bizerba USA Inc. authorized service center.
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, whether express or implied. Bizerba USA Inc. expressly disclaims any implied warranty of merchantability or express or implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. Bizerba USA Inc.’s obligation and liability under this warranty is expressly limited to repairing and / or replacing, at Bizerba USA Inc.’s sole discretion, equipment that proves to be defective in material or workmanship within the applicable warranty period. All repairs pursuant to this warranty must be performed by a Bizerba USA Inc. FactoryAuthorized Distributor location during normal business hours, excluding weekends and Holidays.
This warranty does not cover product failures caused by failure to maintain, neglect, abuse, misuse, damage due to excess water, fire, normal wear, improper set-up and use. Periodic maintenance including lubrication and sharpening are not covered. In no event shall Bizerba USA Inc. be liable for incidental or consequential damages, to buyer or any third party, including, without limitation, loss of property, personal injury, loss of business or profits or other economic losses, or statutory or exemplary damages, whether in negligence, warranty, strict liability, or otherwise. This warranty only becomes effective once Bizerba USA Inc. receives a properly completed and signed Installation / Warranty Registration within 30 days from the date of installation.
