Perfect for large, commercial kitchens, the Beverage-Air RID18HC-HGS 27" pass-through refrigerator allows staff to load product on one side and then retrieve it from the other. This workflow can improve efficiency for faster service and increased sales. The unit's doors are even half size, meaning that there are 2 doors on the front and 2 on the back. Compared to full size doors, half doors reduce the amount of cold air that escapes when opened.
