Plus, the pass through design makes it perfect for placing between prep areas for dual-access. Both doors have locks to control access and protect stock after hours. Inside the unit, 6 adjustable epoxy-coated shelves make for optimal organization and LED lighting provides excellent visibility. The full electronic control ensures the internal temperature can be consistently monitored.
