Description
This prep table provides plenty of space to build your delicious pizzas, stromboli, or calzones right on the peel for faster prep time and quicker service. Thanks to its design, you can store and assemble ingredients all in the same area of the kitchen. It even comes with (4) 3" casters, two with brakes, to provide easy maneuverability for cleaning and service. This unit requires a 115V electrical connection for operation.

CABINET CONSTRUCTION
- Stainless steel front, sides, top, doors and grille (galvanized back & bottom)
- Interior liner is made of corrosion resistant aluminum
- Aluminum top interior liner prevents spill from falling into cabinet

- Self-closing doors with 120º stay-open feature, on lift-off hinges

- 19" Wide reversible cutting board constructed of white polyethylene plastic
- Cutting board removable for cleaning
- Four (4) epoxy-coated steel wire shelves per door section
- Unit will accept pans up to 6" deep (pans are not included)

- Uses environmentally friendly, energy efficient R290 refrigerant, and meets all regulatory requirements for CARB, SNAP, DOE & more
- Adaptive defrost

- Raised rail maintains temperatures between 36º to 38ºF

Returns/Refunds/Damages
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc - proof will be required).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
