Arctic Air’s glass/mug frosters are designed to bring you real, commercial-grade performance at a truly incredible value. All Arctic Air commercial products are tested to NSF levels and must pass numerous quality control inspections throughout the manufacturing process.
The exterior of our reach-in models are beautifully designed in a black vinyl coated finish with a stainless steel top for a professional look that you would find hard to limit in any commercial application. More importantly, our products have many features that are desired in today’s commercial foodservice market. Features that include hi-grade stainless steel floor with coved corners, high output yet electrically efficient fan motors, electronic micro-processing digital temperature control with external digital display, bottom mounted compressor along with a front-accessible bottom-mounted condensing unit for easy maintenance/cleaning/servicing.
The unit also comes standard with epoxy coated horizontal dividers, casters (2) locking, heavy-duty slide-top sections.

- Electronic thermostat with digital LED display for accurate control located behind the front access panel.
- Exterior cabinet construction consists of black powder-coated steel front and sides.
- Self-contained capillary tube system using environmentally friendly R290 Hydrocarbon gas.
- Convenient internal drain located near the front left corner and the corresponding external drain located on the bottom left.
- Easy-to-mount casters (two lockable) are standard with all units.
- Stainless steel sliding lids with locks.
- Bright stainless steel interior.
- Front accessible condensing unit for easy cleaning and maintenance.
- Tested to NSF Standard 7 requirements for open food storage.
- Standard with full two-year parts and labor warranties and a five-year compressor warranty.
Warranty
The warranty on most Arctic Air products is two years from date of purchase on parts & labor and five years on the compressor (part only). The exceptions are models ACP40, ACP48, ACP55, ACP63, ACP4SQ, & ACP8SQ which have one year parts & labor warranty only and AWR25 & AWF25 which have one year parts & labor and 5 year compressor part coverage.
Any outdoor install, mobile kitchen, food truck, or unspecified special installed unit has a limited one-year parts & labor warranty only. The warranty is not valid for Residential use.

Returns/Refunds/Damages
Customers have 48 hours to inspect and report damages & no item may be returned after 30 days of the original ship date from our facilities. Items that are returned damaged or without proper packaging materials are subject up to a 25% restock fee.
